Booking Terms and Conditions
1. We require a deposit of ¼ of the total holiday cost (or £50 whichever is the larger) at the time of booking. After the deposit is received - booking forms are sent for completion and early return is required.
1a. *A returnable security deposit of £100.00 is required for all bookings.
The person signing the form will be responsible for all members of the party. (A returnable security deposit is required to cover breakage's/damage etc) *This security deposit is due with the balance of the hire fee and will either be returned by post within seven working days (please provide stamped/self adressed envelope) or destroyed - after the caravan is checked (which is usually the last day of your occupation and in any event prior to any other occupation of the caravan).
2. Payment of the balance (of the total cost of the holiday) is due six weeks prior to arrival or in full at the time of booking your holiday - dependant on when the booking is made and the commencement of the hire. On receipt of the final payment you will be notified of arrangements for collecting keys/entertainment passes. Failure to pay the balance in accordance with this condition may lead to cancellation of the booking.
3. Due to the small scale and nature of the hiring we are unable to offer cancellation refunds - making a booking will be deemed to show acceptance of this condition. Holiday insurance, including cancellation cover, is strongly recommended.
4. The number of persons staying in the apartment must not exceed that which appear on the booking form. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to stay in the caravan. We regret that we are unable to accept single-sex groups**, or all young person party bookings. **
5. Please show consideration to our neighbours by not making excessive noise, especially after 10.30pm.
6. All breakages and damage will be charged for.
7. The caravan will be available from 4.00 pm on arrival day and is to be vacated by 10.00 am on departure day.
8. Sorry strictly no pets** - owner is allergic.
9. This is strictly a non-smoking caravan** - owner is allergic.
10. We can accept no liability for any injury whilst in or around the caravan or for loss or damage to your personal possessions or vehicles.
11. There is an allocated parking space for one vehicle (numbered 149), there is other parking available very nearby.
12. The caravan must be left clean/tidy and in good order on your departure. Please refer to '1' above.
13. By signing the booking form you are deemed to have accepted all the above terms and conditions. Please resolve any individual difficulty with us prior to confirming the booking.
** Please note - failiure to comply with conditions 4, 8 and 9 above will amount to a break in the contract and access/continued access to the holiday home will be denied. When making the booking, you agree that no refund of any part of the monies paid will be applied for by the payer or agreed to by the payee in the event of such breach. No reminder as to the payment of the balance/security is sent and it the responsibility of the hirer to ensure timely payment.
